Located in the heart of State College, PA—home of Penn State University—our thriving dental practice serves a large and diverse patient population across a wide geographic area. We’re the only practice accepting Medicaid within a 3-hour radius, which means we’re consistently booked and growing fast.
Our team is known for a warm and supportive environment where doctors have full clinical autonomy and the opportunity for real professional growth. The owner-doctor does not practice at this location, and our current associate is transitioning into an ownership role. We’re now looking for a dedicated and compassionate general dentist to join us full-time and become part of something meaningful.
Compensation & Benefits

$850/day guaranteed for the entire term of a 2–3 year contract

33% of collections or 30% of adjusted production (minus lab fees) — whichever is higher

Paid monthly: if the percentage exceeds the guarantee, the difference is paid as a bonus

Expected salary range: Minimum $210,000+ (no maximum)

Schedule: Monday–Thursday (7 AM–5 PM or 8 AM–4 PM), with optional Fridays (8 AM–12 PM) — flexible within that range

Sign-on bonus: $10,000
